Yoga
Yoga’s gentle exercises are perfect to get you
started on losing weight, especially if you have been inactive for a long time.
Start with a simple daily routine of deep breathing, meditation and three or
four yoga poses. Deep breathing will improve your strength, concentration and
willpower, making it easier to stick to a weight management program, while
meditation will help you keep a positive self-image. You can choose three or
four yoga poses from those recommended for beginners in our yoga section.
